Paranoid Fat Bastard is free to use. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other company. You don't have to provide your real name or date of birth. We will send you an occasional email - that's our only ask.
We can provide a white label version of Paranoid Fat Bastard with your own logo, text, and name for the exclusive use of your members or patients. We provide the exact same privacy and security as we do for individuals.

Paranoid Fat Bastard allows you to record, edit, and delete all manner of metrics including weight, target weight, measurements, step count, VO2, blood pressure, glucose, and many more. We are working on adding lots more information and tracking.
At the moment we display a progress graph and BMI number, but we will soon be adding a body size visualiser and more ways of tracking progress. Sometimes numbers and graphs can be disheartening, therefore we want to show progress in more positive ways.

Share your data with your trainer, doctor, or nutritionist on your terms. Allow them to view some or all records so they can help you on your journey to health.
View a realistic 3D model of your body as it was on a given date. Compare with today or compare with your target weight and BMI. Under development.
Every time you record a health metric or log your weight will provide the option to upload a photograph and associate it with that record and date.
We will shortly be allowing you to add details about your Mounjaro, Wegovy, and Ozempic and other weight loss injections. Track your current dose and performance.
